Description

This cloak is woven together out of the sinewy wingskin of a demon. Glacial blue veins spread out among its translucent material; close inspection reveals that these veins seem to pulse, as if the demon's heart still pumped the liquid ice through its disembodied veins. The borders of the cloak are fringed with black rose petals carefully laced into place.

While attuned to and wearing this item you gain a +1 bonus to your Armor Class. You also gain a +2 bonus to all saving throws.

Additionally, while wearing this cloak, you can cast Crown of Madness 3/day. However, the Crown of Madness follows the following spell description instead:

Demonic Wings

Prerequisite: All Units


As an action you can speak the command word: Insatiable Greed in Infernal; doing so causes your cape to split and take the form of the wings identical to the ones of the demon whom this cape was made from. You gain a flight speed of 60 feet for 1 hour. Once you use this feature, you cannot do it again until you complete a long rest.

You may use a bonus action on your turn to dismiss the wings.

You also learn the Infernal language if you did not know it already.

Poison Immunity

Prerequisite: 4 Units of Blackleaf Roses


You gain immunity to poison damage and the poisoned condition.

Cold Resistance

Prerequisite: 6 Units of Eternal Ice


You gain resistance to cold damage.
