ability score increase: Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Intelligence score increases by 1.
age: Nekomata reach adulthood at age 50, but cease to physically age after the age of 20. They can live up to the age of 500 years.
Size: Medium
speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Sylvian.
race features:
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Form of the Cat. Using an action, you can change your form into that of a two tailed cat. the transformation lasts for 1 hour, or until you are reduced to 0 hit point.   While in your cat form, you take the game statistics of a normal cat, retaining your Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma stats. You are limited in the actions you can perform by the nature of your new form, and can't speak, cast spells, or take any other action that requires hands or speech. You are still capable of ending this ability early with an action. You must complete a long rest before using this feature again.   Friend of the Beasts. You gain advantage on all Wisdom (animal handling) rolls.   Nekomata Magic. You can cast false life with this trait, using Wisdom as your spellcasting ability for them. Once you cast either spell, you can't cast it again with this trait until you finish a short or long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can also cast the raise dead spell once per long rest. Intelligence as your spellcasting ability for these spells.
