Cosimo is a well dressed, but heavily tattooed, and dangerous looking man. Though he has a very charming demeanor.
'Doll' tattooed on one hand, and 'Face' on the other,
Cosimo was born in Sicily; The complications during birth took his mother from him early. His father, Giocomo did the best he could as a single father, working on their way up to a higher class of life. Giocomo, had been working for an organization, and they wanted him to head up an operation in America. It came with a comfy bonus, and free flight tickets. He agreed and off they went. Giocomo succeeded with his operation, with flying colors. Causing his status in the 'Family' to rise to prominence. Life was good for many years. Cosimo grew up in the 'Wise Guy' lifestyle, and was surrounded with all manner of 'Uncles' and was fascinated by it all. Giocomo eventually met his end by mysterious circumstances. He had expressed that his family be taken care of in the event of his death, as any man would have done. However, he never knew exactly what that would mean for his son. Cosimo was taken in by the family. Many of whom he had grown up around. He started out a foot soldier, and quickly rose through the ranks. He was renown for fast talking cops, and charming ladies. He was also a crack shot with firearms, and had a particular affinity for shotguns. In the summer of '81, a mysterious car rolled by the Family estate, and opened fire. Cosimo dove in front of a little boy, scooping him to his chest, as they hit the ground, and saving his life. Cosimo was shot, but the boy was safe. That boy was the Don's grandson. Later that year, Cosimo would be initiated in the actual Family. Ever since, he has served the Family in death, as a 'Made-Man' in the Puttanesca Family. A life he excels at, now with the added benefit of his sire teaching him the ways of the Necromancer. A feat that Cosimo is showing great promise at.
