Norseman

Arriving in the north for the first time might be scary. Going through the fog and docking in a small port near a village, and then see the Norsemen. Seeing the tall strong men and women of the north, with their badass haircuts, tattoos, and full armor and weapons (which usually contain a large number of bloody axes). You might fear the Norsemen, and you probably should. If you can befriend the Norseman thought, you can always find shelter within them and might discover a wonderful community.

Appearance

They are taller than average, and usually more muscular. Their hair is usually blonde, brown, or redheaded. The males usually have a beard that symbolizes their manhood, and the woman likes to fashion their hair in cool and badass-looking ways. they have pale skin that many of the times have many scars and bruises on it. Their eyes are usually blue or green. They usually walk with their armor and weapon on them to show their power.

Clans

The Norsemen lives (usually) in clans. The clans are communities of Norsemen that live together with mutual aid under the ruling of a "Yarl". The clans many of the times worship an elder god together, with a Shaman. The clans might work together, and sometimes even unit together.

History

When the elves arrived in the north, the majority believed they should join the human villages that were already in the north, and switch to a simple lifestyle. These elves acquired simple human jobs in the villages and found the fun in drinking, hunting, and fighting. after hundreds of years of breading together, these elves are the ancestors of the Norsemen. This is why Norsemen believe in the The Ancient Pantheon.

Religion

The Norsemen worship the elder god, usually picking one as the patron of the clan. Even though the Norsemen worship The Ancient Pantheon, they don't do it in the manner done in the Mainland.  In the north, the gods are viewed a bit differently. While Lunriv avatar is usually an elf-like man, prestigious and cold, with long white hair, for the Norsemen he is a big strong, and muscular man, ruthless, with a giant thick white beard.  Their way of worshiping is a bit different too, they tend to use barbaric and paganic ceremonies (including sacrifice, mind-altering substances, fire, and weird songs).
