Also known as the Stone Dwarves, the Norii tend to like isolation more then their surface dwelling kin. Preferring the undergrounds and the safety of their stone homes. They aren't xenophobic, they just don't prefer visitors or traveling far from their roots.

Burrowing: You have a burrow speed of 5 ft. You can dig through dirt and sand without tools and can stay under the ground for 1 hour without having to come up for air. You can spend an hour per 5 ft to excavate the tunnel and make it so other creatures enter and so you can remain under the ground longer then an hour. Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in Darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness⁠, only Shades of Gray.

Shorter of species of the dwarves, their skin is much more pale and burns easily in sunlight. Their much less hairy then their cousins the Morii, having only facial hair to speak of. Their pupils are almost entirely fill their eyeballs and have no nails to speak of. Overall, they are fairly strange looking creatures. Which has led them to be the butt of many jokes about their people's looks.
