Карьерные навыки Солдата: Атлетика, Бдительность, Ближний бой (лёгкое или тяжёлое), Внимание, Выживание, Грубая сила, Дальний бой (лёгкое или тяжёлое оружие) и Запугивание. Перед распределением очков опыта Солдата может выбрать четыре карьерных навыка и повысить каждый из них на 1 ранг.
