A spell tome created by Tieran, the Heart of Iron.
These spells were meant to replicate her own powers, such that her gifts may be shared.
Since she does everything the hard way, it's rather taxing to cast them.
Ascended Spells are very powerful but cost 2 Spell slots to cast, one of the spells level and one just below.
Ascended Spells can be learned by any class but must be learned from an ascended tome.
Learning them does not count against your total number of spells known and they do not need to be prepared.
