When used as a Spellcasting focus, you gain +2 to your Spell Attack Modifier And Spell Spell Save DC.

Complicated Properties

Arcane. You can use Intelligence as the modifier for this weapon.

Glove. You cannot be disarmed of the weapon. Wearing the weapon counts as a free hand, but you can only attack with it if that hand is unoccupied. It takes a Long action to put on or take off this weapon.

Runic. You can use this item as a Spellcasting focus.

Spell Boon

Quick Judgement. you can cast a variant of Karmic Judgment at 4th level without expending a spell slot.

This variant differs in that, creatures with a wisdom of 16 or higher must make a wisdom save, taking half damage on a success.
