race features:
Fey Ancestry. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.
Superior Darkvision. Descended from those that inhabit the Feydark and now inhabiting the Underdark, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Sunlight Sensitivity. You have disadvantage on attack rolls and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.
Trance. Drow don't need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is "trance.") While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
Trickster's Guile. You have proficiency in the Deception skill.
Drow Weapon Training. You gain proficiency in the greatsword, javelins, longbow, and greataxe.
Briar's Strike. When you damage a creature with an attack or a spell, you can cause the attack or spell to deal extra damage to the creature. The extra damage equals your level. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Nature's Cruelty. When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you can roll one of the weapon's damage dice one additional time and add it to the extra damage of the critical hit.
Warrior's Toughness. Your hit point maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 every time you gain a level.
Description:
Briar Drow, particularly in touch with the cruel sides of nature, the merciless coming of the cycle of life, and the understanding that there will always be bigger and stronger. These drow are denoted by their dusky copper and brown skin tones, considerably darker than their wood elven counterparts, with a lack of deep saturation. Their eyes tend to be predator-like, usually deep shades of green, amber, and red. Their pupils tend to be slit, with the sclera matching their iris color, or tend to be dark browns or black. Their hair tends to reflect shades found naturally in the forest nights, blacks, browns, even dark greens, and blues.
