Perks & Traits
Perk Rank
Adamantium Skeleton 1
When you suffer damage, the amount of damage needed to inflict a critical hit on you increases by your rank in this perk. For example, if you have one rank in this perk, you suffer a critical hit from 6 or more damage, rather than 5 or more. Each time you take this perk, the level requirement increases by 3.
Better Criticals 1
When you inflict one or more points of damage to an enemy, you may spend 1 Luck Point to automatically inflict a critical hit, causing an injury.
Blitz 1
When you move into reach of an opponent and make a melee attack against them in one turn, you may re-roll one d20 on your attack. At rank 2, you also inflict +1CD damage with that attack. Each time you take this perk, the level requirement increases by 3.
Dodger 1
At rank 1, when you take the Defend major action, you reduce the difficulty of the skill test by 1. At rank 2, the AP cost to further increase your Defense is reduced to 1 AP. Each time you take this perk, the level requirement increases by 6.
Intense Training 5
Increase any one S.P.E.C.I.A.L attribute by 1 rank. As usual, your S.P.E.C.I.A.L attributes cannot be increased beyond 10 using this method. Each time you take this perk, the level requirement increases by 2

Notes
The Vault Dweller called "Blitz" is a mystery. She claims to be a member of Vault Security from Vault 88 and is searching for another Vault Dweller from Vault 88 called "Rivets", who she refers to as an “engineer”. She's very 'no nonsense', hot-headed, emotionally cold, and will not tolerate of any form of Wasteland raider or slaver.
This is the story of this security officer from Vault 88, curiously enough, it doesn't begin with her; it begins with a man named “Rivets”, a fellow Vault Dweller and technician who had been chosen to venture out into the wasteland in search of a fusion battery (you see, Vault 88 ran on batteries that needed to be replaced every 20 years)
After Rivets hadn't returned for months, the Overseer built a search part made up of vault security of eight to find the missing technician.
Leaving the vault with her squad in search of “The Engineer,” and to a greater extent, the fusion battery. On the first day out of Vault 88, she and her search party were kidnapped by slavers. During an escape attempt, the other members of her party were either shot or killed by exploding neck collars. She escaped using her superior skills in stealth and sheer luck.
Weeks later, she had been attacked by an albino radscorpion. After killing the monstrous creature, she travels to the nearby town of Goodneighbor. After meeting and being patched up by the resident ghoul, Dr. Leon Katz at his medical clinic, the two teamed up in a sort of unstable alliance to help her find the fusion battery she and her Vault so desperately need.
These are their stories.
