A contiguous stone surface in up to a 20-foot square centered on a point within range instantly becomes searing hot. Each creature that starts its turn on the stone or that makes contact with the stone during its turn must make a Dexterity saving throw The creature takes 3d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
A Caster may use a 1st level spell slot for this spell. instead of searing hot, the stone surface becomes comfortably warm against the chill of the night lasting 8 hours (or half that in freezing temperatures).
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot o f 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
