Peasants are the lowest of the low, and usually only become an a mercenary or adventurer out of desperation for money.

Equipment Cook's untensils, a ratty bedroll, a set of peasant's clothes, and a small pouch containing 1d4 gold.

Beggar

Once a week, you can spend the equivalent of a long rest over that week begging for money, and you earn 4d4 gold over the course of that time. In addition, you can also attain a free meal from taverns if you're in a poorer part of town. Your DM will tell you if you're in that part of a town or city.

You can use the personality traits of the Outlander from the Player's Handbook to determine your personality traits.
