Chose one of the following Heritages for traits based on your elemental parent.

Earth:

Earthen Toughness: Your hit point maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 every time you gain a level.   Earth Walk: You can move across difficult terrain made of earth or stone without expending extra movement.  

Air:

Unending Breath: You can hold your breath indefinitely while you're not incapacitated.   Born from Air: You can cast the levitate spell equal to your proficiency modifier, requiring no material components, and you regain all the uses to cast it this way when you finish a long rest. Constitution, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for this spell.  

Fire:

Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. Your ties to the Elemental Plane of Fire make your darkvision unusual: everything you see in darkness is in a shade of red.   Fire Resistance: You have resistance to fire damage.   Blazen Heart: You know the Produce Flame cantrip. Using the Wisdom or Charisma modifier for spellcasting, choosing one at character creation that can't be changed.  

Water:

Acid Resistance: You have resistance to acid damage.   Amphibious: You can breathe air and water.   Swim: You have a swimming speed of 30 feet.   Call to the Wave: You know the shape water cantrip. Using the wisdom or charisma modifier for spellcasting, choosing one at character creation that can't be changed.  

Ice:

Cold Blooded: You are resistant cold damage.   Cold Gaze: You know the Ray of Frost cantrip. Using the wisdom or charisma modifier for spellcasting, choosing one at character creation that can't be changed.  

Swamp:

  Earth Trudge: You can move across difficult terrain made of earth or stone without expending extra movement.   Acid Resistance: You have resistance to acid damage.   Amphibious: You can breathe air and water.   Swim: You have a swimming speed of 30 feet.  

Lava:

Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. Born from Air: You can cast the levitate spell once with this trait, requiring no material components, and you regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for this spell.   Speed of Light: Your reflexes and agility allow you to move with a burst of speed. When you move on your turn in combat, you can double your speed until the end of the turn. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you move 0 feet on one of your turns.   Lightning Resistance: You have resistance to Lightning damage.

Languages. Any two language typically the language of their elemental parent and the language of their other parent.
