Long Walker: You can forgo the taking a level of Exhaustion once per Long Rest.
Shell Walk: You can move 5ft while you are retreated into your shell.
"The land dwellers of the Julkin, the Roundshells typically take their time to explore the world and its experiences. Not really in a rush for but wanting to take in the locations they visit. They are a bit larger then the Flatshells and have shells that are more dome shaped. Their necks a quite a bit longer as well."
