These creatures need to have dealt damage to you or your allies within the last 6 rounds. Additionally, you take 1d4 Slashing damage.

Complicated Properties

Lacerating. When you deal 6 or more damage, the target makes a con save, gaining 1 level of exhaustion on a fail. DC of 10 + 1/2 damage dealt.

instead of Athletics.
