"Long ago they traveled across the Broken Sea and settled in Gnam. It was incredible that any of their ancestors made the flight, but those who did were greeted not by a land of opportunity but a land of hunters. The ancient Catfolk on Gnam forced the Daru of the time to constantly be on the move. It was centuries after their first arrival that the Farwing Daru were able to establish their first Seed Grove and actually settle down. This led to the locking bones in their wings to develop which allowed them glide regardless of consciousness. The Farwing Daru have thin frames and the largest wingspan of all the Daru. Measuring up to 13ft long compared to the normal 8-9ft of their relatives.
