Benefits

You are aware of any surges that occur within 60 feet of you and are aware of their effects. Additionally whenever you roll for a surge on a spell you cast yourself you may roll twice and take the better result.

Normal

You are unaware of surges and effects, unless obivous.

Special

Once per day you may reroll any surge that has been cast within 60 feet of you.
