When first picking up the blade make a con save and a wis save. DCs are up to the dm but should change every time.

Con save fail: drop to 0 hp. Wis save fail: lose interest in the sword for 1 day.

Use con as the attack modifier. all are proficient with the blade.

Striking a creature deals 75 radiant, 75 necrotic, 75 force, and 75 slashing damage.

Striking an object will teleport you to another plane. Roll percentile
