Complicated Properties
Arcane You can use Intelligence as the modifier for this weapon.
Parry. As a reaction, gain 1 AC for 1 incoming attack that you can see.
Runic. You can use this item as a Spellcasting focus.
Spell Boon
Overcharge. You can cast a variant of Frostspark Blade at 3rd level without expending a spell slot.
This variant differs in 3 ways:
- The Frostspark blade replaces the Hardlight sword.
- Letting go of the blade will not make it disappear
- The blade returns to its normal form when the spell ends.
