Description
Street walkers on the streets of Rindwell, causing trouble and making messes.
Thuggish Behavior. The bully can take the dash or the disengage action as a bonus action on its turn. Rough Em' Up. A single creature within 30 feet of the bully that can see and hear it, and has taken damage from the bully or one of its allies, must succeed on a Wisdom DC 11 saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. If the creature's saving throw or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to this creature's Rough Em' Up for the next 24 hours.
