Educated: A Civilian may make checks with Knowledge skills even if they are untrained.
Well-Mannered: A Civilian may remove 2 b from social skill checks.
Warrior-born: A Civilian gains one rank of Brawl and Melee (Light) at character creation, these skills cannot be raised above two during character creation.
