A strong wind (up to 20 mph) blows around you in a 10ft radius and moves with you, remaining centered on you. The wind lasts for the spell durations and has the following effects. 1. It deafens you and other creatures in the area. 2. It puts out unprotected flames torch size or smaller in the area. 3. It hedges out vapors, gas, and fog that can be dispersed by strong wind. 4. The area is difficult terrain for anyone other than you. 5. The attack rolls of ranged weapon attacks have disadvantage if they pass in or out of this wind.
