An enormous fuck you dragon! You gain proficiency with intimidation, persuasion, and deception rolls because no one wants to make you angry. However, you don't have hands and thus can't use weapons.
Natural Sorcerer. You can cast Mage Hand, Prestidigitation , and True Strike at will.

claws. Melee Weapon Attack: Str+Prof+1 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. Hit: 1d6 slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: Str+Prof to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 1d6+1 piercing damage.
Breath Weapon. (3/long rest) You exhale {Type} in a {Range}. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 4d6 {Type} damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. DC is 10 + half your level, See table below for damage type.
