Fool's Fallacy

Witchcraft

The witch flashes a colorful and highly distracting illusion in front of a person's face. The illusion can be anything, but it will act as a temporary distraction to the victim and they suffer -6 to their next roll. If the victim is moving, they will immediately stop and spend the rest of the turn looking at the illusion, completely spellbound.
