You utter words in forbidden language as you point towards one creature within range. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw or be cursed for the duration of the spell. While cursed, whenever the creature would regain hit points, such as by drinking a potion, being affected by a spell, or through natural regeneration, the creature instead takes 1d10 necrotic damage. The creature can repeat their saving throw at the end of their turn, ending the effect on a success.   A remove curse spell ends this curse early
