Dedicated throwing axes are extremely rare, as they make for a very poor ranged weapon. Ensuring a square hit that actually does significant damage is extremely difficult. For this reason, you are at +3 difficulty for using this weapon. Finding these for sale as anything but a recreational tool is almost unheard of. You would have to find a smith to make them specifically for you.
