“Local history is on the second floor, no talking!”
Mrs Patterson is the head librarian at the town library. She's tolerant of Kids, but only if they obey the rules and don't try to load any games onto the library's computers.
She has worked here for over 20 years and knows quite a bit about local gossip, especially as the local council building is next door and her sister works there in the planning department.
She is wary of new technology and is quite adamant that the library doesn't need any sort of automation when it comes to cataloguing its collection. She much prefers the old fashioned way for many things. It is quite hard to convince her otherwise, hence her special attribute.
