Kuo toa

Age. Kuo toa reach adulthood at age 12 and usually live up to 60 years.   Alignment. Kuo toa were enslaved by the mind flayers, and driven insane because of there psionic powers. They were eventually abandoned and now fend for themselves. due to their insanity, they usually tend towards evil, a few Kuo toa abandon their brethren and survive alone in the Underdark, these Kuo-toa usually tend towards Chaos.   Size. Kuo toa are usually 4-5 feet tall and weigh about 90-120 lbs.   Natural armor. Your armor class is 11 + your Dexterity modifier, while you're not wearing armor.   Amphibious. You can breathe water and air, you additionally gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.   Slippery. You have advantage on saving throws against being grappled and you have advantage on ability checks and saving throws made to escape a grapple.   Otherworldly perception. You can sense the presence of any creature within 30 feet of you that is invisible or on the ethereal plane. you can pinpoint such a creature that is moving.   Darkvision. You can see in dim light as within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. you can't discern color in darkness only shades of gray,   Sunlight sensitivity. you have disadvantage on attack rolls and (wisdom) Perception checks that rely on sight when you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.   Underdark survivalist. You have proficiency with nets, spears, and shields. and you additionally gain proficiency with the Perception skill.   Kuo toa Anatomy.  your teeth are natural weapons. your unarmed strikes are made with your bite. they deal 1D4 piercing damage instead of bludgeoning + your Strength modifier, you are proficient with them.
 

Languages. You speak read and write in Undercommon and common.
