Materials magical circle, focus

You sit down inside a magical circle and focus all your energy into a focus item allowing you to let the mind flow out of your body.   When casting this spell you need a focus to anchor your soul:

  • A personal token such as a lock of hair, nails, or an item worn by them for mor than an hour. This focus instantly moves you to the targets location if they are within range of the spell
  • A token for a place such as a sapling, bit of soil or dust from the place. This focus instantly moves you to the location the token was taken from if it´s within range of the spell.
  • A mirror, allowing you to move around freely from your current position
  • A flask of blood from a creature. This focus works as a personal token but also gives you advantage when trying to enter the targets mind.
  When you are in spirit form you can not be seen or toutched but can be detected by the likes of detect magic and alarm spells. You have a flying speed of 60 ft while in this form. You regain all your mental stats but your Dex Str and Con are 0. You have only one hit point and if you were to die in this state you become a ghost. While in spirit form you can make you can force a creature to make a DC 8 + spellcasting modifier check or become possesed. When possesing a creature you gain controll of all their abilities and their mental stats are replaced by yours. They can repeat the save at the end of their turn to break free.
