Armor Type: Shield Maneuvers

Lower Shield - As a Free Action, you lower the Personal Ballistic Shield. While lowered, the Personal Ballistic Shield provides an Evasion bonus of +1 and does not hinder your movement.

Raise Shield - As a Free Action or as a Reaction, you can raise the Personal Ballistic Shield. While raised, the Personal Ballistic Shield reduces your walking speed by 10 ft (2 spaces) and provides Low Cover. The Cover benefits this shield provides cannot be neutralized or reduced while it is worn.

Shield Bash - As an Attack action, you make an Unarmed attack roll, dealing 1d6 AP II Bludgeoning damage plus your Strength modifier on a successful hit and Dazing the chosen target. When you use the Shield Bash attack, you may choose to push the target you attacked up to 5 feet away. The shield can either be raised or lowered when you make this attack.

Shield - Provides varying degrees of cover, as specified in the Activities section. While lowered, this shield provides only an Evasion Bonus of +1. While raised, this shield provides Low Cover, and advantage on Dexterity Saving Throws against AOE effects.

A medium-sized ballistic shield that can be easily carried with one hand, this polymer-based design has a small window towards the upper portion made of bulletproof glass that acts as a viewport.
