Dragon's Breath [Heritage]

Prerequisites: Draconic Heritage feat, 4th Level
You can briefly channel the power of your draconic ancestors. As an Action, you expel destructive energy according to your draconic heritage. The breath weapon is either a 15-foot Cone, a 30-foot-long, 5-foot wide Line, or a melee touch that affects only a single creature, as determined by your dragonic heritage type. Creatures in the affected area must make a Saving Throw, taking 2d6 damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. The damage of this breath weapon increases by 1d6 at 8th, 12th, and 16th level. If your Breath Weapon has a Melee range, it deals twice as many dice of damage. Once you use this breath weapon, you cannot do so again until you finish a Short or Long Rest. The DC = 8 + your Constitution Modifier + your Proficiency Bonus. If you have a Breath Weapon as a racial feature, you instead gain an additional use of that breath weapon, and its damage increases by 2 dice, and by an additional die at 8th and 16th levels.
