A manikin that resembles the one possessed by the necromancer appears in an unoccupied area of the caster's choice within 30".
The manikin is imbued elderday fear magic that seeps into the surrounding area. The manikin is a small to medium object (necromancer's choice) with AC equal to 12 + necromnancer's proficiency bonus and hit points equal to 10 + 2x proficiency bonus. As an object, the manikin has damage reduction of 2 versus all attacks and if it is reduced to 0 hit points, the spell ends and the manikin crumbles back to the nothing.
Any hostile creature that moves within 60 feet of the scarecrow for the first time on a turn or starts its turn in that area must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of the scarecrow for the duration. If a creature that is frightened of the scarecrow ends its turn in a location where it doesn’t have line of sight to the scarecrow, the creature can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success.
