Replacement: When donning this cursed cloak, it automatically attunes and the wearer is transformed into a random CR 0 creature, as per the Polymorph spell. This transformation lasts indefinitely, until the Remove Curse spell is cast on it, at which point the attunement ends. The cloak can not be taken off until the curse is lifted from the wearer.
After Remove Curse is cast on this cloak, it can be used to cast the Polymorph spell once per day, with a range of self.
