You magnify a willing creature's 1st-level spell as it casts it. You choose the new target or targets, and the original spell is then cast on them as though you had cast it at 2nd level. If the spell requires concentration, then the original caster concentrates on it.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can redirect spells cast at one level lower than the level of the slot you use. The redirected spell's effects take place as though it had been cast at the level of the slot used.
