You pull water into a long whip and lash out at a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit you deal 1d6 bluegeoning damage and the target must succeed on a strength saving throw or be pulled up to 15 feet towards you. You may decide to not to pull a target.
At higher levels: This spell’s damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
