Blood Betrayal

0-level (Cantrip) Necromancy

Casting Time: 1 action
Range/Area: 30ft
Components: Somatic
Duration: Instantaneous
Attack/Save: Constitution Saving Throw
Damage/Effect: force
You target a creature, other than an undead or construct. Blood, or some other life essence bursts from the creature, dealing damage and inhibiting its actions. The target must make a Constitution saving throw or take damage dependent on its remaining hitpoints. The target takes 1d6 force damage if at full hitpoints or 1d10 force damage if it has less than half of its hitpoints (bloodied). In addition, the creature's next attack roll suffers -1.
At higher levels: The spell’s damage increases by 1 die when you reach 5th level (2d6 or 2d10), 11th level (3d6 or 3d10), and 17th level (4d6 or 4d10). In addition, the target suffers greater disadvantage, suffering -2 at 5th level and -3 at 17th level.
