Obliterate

9-level Evocation

Casting Time: 1 action
Range/Area: 1 mi./160 ft. Sphere
Components: Verbal, Somatic, Material
Materials: 74g of high explosive material, which is consumed by the spell
Duration: Instantaneous
Attack/Save: Dex
A violent explosion erupts in a blinding flash at a point you can see within range. All creatures in a 160 ft. radius sphere centered on the chosen location must make a Dexterity saving throw. The sphere spreads around corners. A creature takes 10d6 radiant damage, 10d6 fire damage and 20d6 thunder damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a success. Creatures that take radiant damage from this spell gain one level of irradiated.
In addition, all creatures that can see the flash, other than the caster, must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become blinded until the end of their next turn. The blast is audible for up to 20 miles.

The spell damages objects in the area and ignites flammable objects that aren't being worn or carried. Objects automatically take maximum thunder damage from this spell.

Afterwards, for the next month, all creatures inside the spell's area of effect gain one level of irradiated for every hour they spent in the zone.
Creatures with resistance to radiant damage only gain one level of irradiated every two hours spent in the zone.

Irradiated

An irradiated creature is poisoned, can not recover health by resting and takes 1d10 necrotic damage for every level of irradiated every day, until at least a Greater Restoration or Heal spell is cast on it.
Creatures that are immune to radiant damage are immune to this condition.
