You utter a word stimulating life and rewriting the fabric of reality within a creature you can see within range, causing them to instantly become pregnant.   Upon being impregnated by the spell, if the creature is incapable of becoming pregnant, the spell rewrites their physiology in the most minimal ways to give them the necessary biological components to carry the child to term and safely birth it. The pregnancy begins 15% into the term length of the mothers species. The father is determined randomly by the DM. It can be literally anyone to ever exist.
