The trees in the Farpoint Desert are few and far between. Some, one would hardly call trees. But the harsh conditions keeps some plants exceptionally small. The pine trees here often only grow about an inch every year. Their shapes twist and turn with the seasons and shifts in their environment. Their odd shapes tell the story of the place they have been and how it has grown and changed. This is the high desert, the altitude keeps the pace of life slow as well as the beating sun and dry conditions. Even clouds fear to tread the place where these trees thrive.

Qualities

Startouched Pine - Anything made with this wood can be made to glow with a sparkling quality. It can tuned from a light twinkle, to equivalent to torchlight. But must be determined when the item is crafted.
