Materials: A vial of water
Duration: 1 Minute
Flames made from frigid blue light combust and ignite a target of your chice in range. The Target must make a Dextarity Saving Throw. On a Failed Save, the target takes 3d8 Cold Damage immediately and 1d8 cold damage at the end of each of its turns for the duration, or untill they use their action to put out these Cold Flames. On a successful save, the target takes half as much of the initial damage and is not ignited, meaning they take no damage at the end of their turns.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage (both initial and later) increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
Available for: Artificer, Druid, Elementalist, Fighter (Eldritch Knight), Rogue (Arcane Trickster), Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard
