You create an explosion of steam in a 10 foot circle using the water droplets in the air. Any creatures in the circle take 1d4 damage for two turns. Creatures within the circle have low visibility.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the extra damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 1st.
