If you have a spellcasting modifier, you can use your spellcasting ability in place of your Dexterity modifier when making an attack with this wand.
The wand regains 1d10 + 10 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand breaks.
