This wand has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast the spell infused in it it. For 1 charge, you cast the base version of the spell. You can increase the spell level by one for each additional charge you expend (if applicable for the spell). The DC of the spell is crafter’s Wand DC.
The wand doesn’t regain charges naturally, but can be recharged (see recharge rules for Lesser Wands). Lesser wands that cast 3rd-level spells or higher require attunement to use.
