Duration: Until Dispelled

You place a barrier down around an area or building. While the barrier is up. No item that contains extra-dimensional space (bag of holding) can pass through the barrier. Any person who has cast an extra-dimensional space spell and passes through the barrier has those spells immediately dispelled. Teleportation spells can cannot enter and cannot pass out of the barrier.
