Polaris Recession

3-level Conjuration

Casting Time: 1 Action
Range/Area: 120 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Concentration, Up to 10 Minutes
Attack/Save: Dexterity Saving Throw
Damage/Effect: Fire
A cluster of light stars appears, streaking above you. When you cast the spell, choose a point you can see within range. A burning light falls from the sky to that point. Each enemy within 5 feet of that point must make a DEX Saving Throw. A creature takes 3d10 fire damage and an additional 2d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On each of your turns until the spell ends, you can use your action to call down a light in this way again, targeting the same point or a different one. You can always control the lights and if you use a spellslot as a casting enhancer you will be able to cast all of the spell in one single attack, this attack deals 2d12+5d6 and an additional d6 for each enemy above 5.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 3rd.
