Aggressive. As a bonus action, the orc can move up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.   Keen Smell. The bear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.   Shapechanger. The werebear can use its action to polymorph into a hybrid form or into a bear form, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. It's hitpoints are maintained between forms. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Actions

Hit: (1d8 + 4) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with were bear lycanthropy   Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.   Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d12 + 4) slashing damage.   Javelin. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.   Javelin. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.
