Twilight (Cosmic) Elf
Cosmic Elves are the elves that never escaped the twilight and the slavery of Durrella, Goddess of Twilight, they stay within the twilight and still have the power of anti-life within their fake soul. Some Twilight elves escape to this day while some are still bound to the Twilight Goddess as servants.

+1 in one racial stat and +2 in the other racial stat. The other option is +1,+1,+1 split into three unique stats.

Darkvision: You have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray. Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the Perception Skill Fey Ancestry: You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep. Trance: Elves don't need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is "trance.") While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep. Cosmic Blessing: You are able to cast spells even when within anti-magic effects such as anti-magic field, you cannot be counterspell or have your spells dispelled. Weapons of the Twilight: You gain prof in one martial weapon of your choice, this weapon uses your CHA mod instead of DEX/STR Twilight Magic: You know the light cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Guiding Bolt spell once with this trait; you regain the ability to cast it when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can also cast the Silence spell once per day with this trait; you regain the ability to cast it when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

The defining feature of Twilight elves is their stary hair and purplish skin. Their eyes are soulless and lack any color besides Twilight elves that have escaped Durrellas' grasp.
