You raise your hand towards the stormy sky and summon a massive bolt of black lightning to hit anyone within a 10 foot radius of you, then spreads out across the ground an additional 10 feet. Every target in range must make a Dexterity saving throw. Any target within 10 feet of you that fails the save takes 4d8 dark damage and half as much on a success. If a creature is not within the range of the initial strike, but are in range of the spread, it takes 2d8 dark damage on a failed save and half as much on a success.
