Using telekinetic powers and chemical properties control the fluidity of blood in order to manipulate it into the shape of any existing tool or weapon when outside of combat. The amount of blood required for any weapon is equal to the weapon's base maximum damage output(not on critical hits). The blood will continue to possess the shape and function of the tool or weapon that the user desires until the user wishes to revert the item back into its freely manipulatable liquid state when not in combat. At every third character level the spell user is able to create one additional blood item.
