Legendary Evocation, Abjuration, Requires Attunement

This warhammers properties get better and better as they show more and more devotion to Vurrderkeizer.   Normal Form:   +1 to hit and damage rolls, also does 1d6 fire damage on every hit. Allows the weilder to cast Fire Shield (Fire) once per day without maintaining concentration.   Half Devotion Form:   +2 to hit and damage rolls, does an additional 1d6 fire damage on top of the previous 1d6 fire damage. Also the wearer gains resistance to Fire and Cold damage.   Full Devotion Form:   +3 to hit and damage rolls, does an additional 1d6 fire damage on top of the previous 2d6 fire damage, also glows in firelight in a 30 ft radius, also gives the wielder the ability to cast Fireball at 6th level 2 times per day, also allows the wielder to use a action to overheat the hammer and doubling the fire damage dealt, also makes creatures that are immune to fire damage still take half damage to the fire.

Even just the handle of the Hammer of Vurrderkeizer is a true piece of art, it is a 36 inch rod of pure obsidian that is semi translucent, in the middle of the hammer is a small stream of blue lava, an increadible lave that can only be produced by a volcano that is connected directly to a glacier of Vandiskaber, it is thought that only one volcano like this is in existence. The hammer has two seperate places for hands to be placed for both one handed and two handed combat. These hand guards are made with soft gold that is only possible with the proximity of the blue lava, this gold is increadibly comfortable for the wielder. The head of the hammer is made of pure volcanic glass, the glass is so thick and hard that it could break diamonds.

As the attuned hammer gains greator forms the hammer changes slightly, at Half Devotion form one end of the hammer head protrudes a spike of hellfire iron, and at true devotion the entire inside of the hammerhead is filled with molten lavathat gives its glowing properties.
